The General Terms and Conditions of Service ("GTC") contain the general terms and conditions of use of the web store operated by H-Splitter Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft. Please only use our services if you agree with all of the terms and conditions and consider them to be binding. This document will not be filed, it will only be concluded in electronic form (it does not constitute a written contract) and does not refer to a code of conduct.

Basic provisions
1.1. Issues not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, as well as the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Ptk.") and the relevant provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues related to electronic commerce services and certain issues related to information society services. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any special stipulation.
1.2. GTC effective date: September 1, 2023, until revoked. The Service Provider is obliged to amend any changes in the data and other provisions in these GTC.
1.3. The copyright protection of the website/webpage as a copyrighted work is the property of the Service Provider.
Data processing rules
1.4. The principles of use and data management set out in these GTC apply to the website available at www.hsplitter.hu. Unless otherwise specified, the scope of the policy does not extend to data processing related to promotions, prize games, or other campaigns of third parties advertising on the site, nor to data processing on websites linked to from www.hsplitter.hu.
Range of products and services available for purchase
The products displayed and available for order on the website are paper and adhesive products for industrial, office, and private use. The products are sold in units of pieces, packages, rolls, bags, and boxes. The quantities of products contained in each unit of quantity are specified in the product descriptions. The technical data sheet for each product can be downloaded from the product data sheet page, which contains all the detailed information about the product. For certain products, it is mandatory for the customer to read and understand the Material Safety Data Sheet, which can also be downloaded from the product data sheet page. At the same time, it is provided in the form of an electronic notification sent to the notification email address provided by the User during the ordering process, in a downloadable PDF format.
The prices displayed next to the products include the applicable VAT. No separate packaging costs will be charged. The home delivery fee will be calculated during the ordering process based on the delivery address provided and the delivery fees published in the online store.
The images displayed on the product data sheets may differ from the actual products and, in some cases, are used for illustrative purposes only. Our company accepts no responsibility for any changes to technical specifications made by the supplier or for reasons beyond its control without prior notice.

Right of withdrawal
1.16. In accordance with Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses, the User may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product and return the ordered product.
1.17. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal... (when the buyer may exercise this right, when they may not, the online store will refund the price immediately, but no later than within 14 days, exceptions, etc.)
Warranty, guarantee
1.18. We provide an X-month warranty on our products. In the event of a malfunction, the service centers listed in the warranty letter will inform you of the steps to be taken in person or by telephone, or we will provide information via one of our contact details. Complaint handling
1.19. The website is required to inform consumers of its registered office, the location for handling complaints (if this differs from the place of distribution or sale), and the specific nature of the activity, commercial form or method, as well as the mailing address of the business or its customer service department for the purpose of communicating complaints and, if it also accepts complaints in this manner, its electronic mailing address, internet address, and telephone number.
Miscellaneous provisions
1.20. The Service Provider and the User shall attempt to settle any disputes amicably. The User and the Service Provider agree that any legal disputes falling under the scope of these Terms and Conditions that cannot be settled by mutual agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Budapest and Pest County.
