Detailed description of the project content:
The main activity of H-Splitter Kft. is the distribution of adhesive technology products and the further processing of these products according to individual customer requirements, as well as customizing them to specific sizes. The company's portfolio also includes packaging technology, sanding technology, and occupational safety products.
With our current slicing technology, we manually cut smaller slices from wide raw materials. The slicing machine we have selected and plan to purchase uses an automatic cutting method, requiring minimal human intervention to operate the machine. Furthermore, the new machine will enable us to produce more accurate and higher quality products, thereby better meeting customer requirements.
The inventory management and invoicing software we currently use does not fully cover our activities and is unable to handle logistics and production tasks. The ERP system selected by our company would cover all of our processes within a comprehensive and modern framework.
Planned completion date of the project: November 30, 2026.
The project was implemented with the support of the European Union and co-financing from the Hungarian government.
