The Australian-developed PolyTij industrial inkjet labeler, which has numerous advantages over other labelers on the market, has been launched in Europe for the first time. Thanks to its unique polymer-based ink system, drying out is prevented. It is completely maintenance-free. Like office printers, it is quick and easy to start up and shut down. Thanks to its color touchscreen display in Hungarian, anyone can easily learn how to use it.

It can be ordered with one to six print heads, so the print area can be adjusted from 12.7 mm to 76.2 mm in height. The polymer-based inks are available in several colors and can be used not only on cardboard but also on BOPP, PE, and PP plastic surfaces. The text to be printed can be a barcode, counter, date and time, unique logo, or shift code, the format of which can be customized. The device has an internal or external product sensor and, in case of uneven speed, a rotary encoder to help create a uniform inscription.

PolyTij is a simple device that can be integrated into any system. The subtitling head is compact in size and is not integrated with the control unit, so it can be installed in smaller spaces. The machine's messages can be edited via the touchscreen display, and it comes with software that allows it to be connected to a PC, through which the subtitles can also be edited.

Thanks to the polymer-based ink, it dries quickly on most surfaces, does not tend to dry out, and the machine is completely maintenance-free. This not only saves on service costs, but also on the additional expense of wasted ink.
